Welcome to my blog, it’s nice to meet you!
My name is Paweł Woroniecki, and I am here to assist you in making your software better.

I’ve spent more than a decade as a Software Engineer and Tech Lead in various companies, and I’ve received positive feedback for my ability to share knowledge. That’s why I’ve decided to share some of my knowledge with a wider audience through this blog.

I started my software journey at 13 when I found an article on using Delphi for software development. I didn’t have any guidance, but I learned how to create software that automates tasks.

Since then, I’ve been coding regularly, learned different programming languages, got a degree in Computer Science, and worked in big companies like Nokia and HSBC, as well as smaller ones. This experience has given me a good understanding of the entire software development process.

I’ve worked on various aspects of software development, including making the behind-the-scenes part (backend), the part you see (frontend), managing projects, leading teams, giving business presentations, and interacting with clients. This means I can understand what everyone involved in software development needs, which is essential for making smart decisions.

Apart from tech stuff, I enjoy finding better ways to learn, playing board games, reading books, listening to podcasts, and being curious about finance and politics. But I’m open to talking about almost anything.

Feel free to contact me:
